Mississippi Peanut Growers Association makes a generous donation to the Mississippi Food Network

The Mississippi Peanut Growers Association in affiliation with their program known as Peanut Proud, is giving a generous donation of over 10,000 jars of peanut butter to the Mississippi Foot Network.

Peanut butter is shelf-stable, and 2 scoops of peanut butter have 8 ounces of protein.

In this video is Malcolm Broome, executive director of the Mississippi Peanut Growers Association giving this generous donation, and Charles Beaty, CEO of the Mississippi Food Network, accepting this generous gift.  Charles explains how they will distribute the peanut butter across Mississippi.

Thanks to Malcolm Broome and Charles Beaty for the donation of their time and effort to help provide a healthy meal to the needy in Mississippi!
